摘要

风热咽炎为门诊常见疾病，中医药在急慢性咽炎的治疗上有较好的临床疗效。仝小林教授认为，呼吸道黏膜喜润，易感受各种热邪而发病，常表现为咽炎，常见的热邪包括外感风热之邪或是吸烟、吹热风空调等，均可导致呼吸道黏膜受损。仝小林教授认为，临床中风热咽炎患者，治疗需要疏风清热，透邪出表，可选用蝉蜕、藏青果、胖大海配伍治疗外感风热、长期抽烟、吹热风空调引起的急慢性咽炎。方中蝉蜕味甘质轻药性升浮，其功能疏散宣透，能引邪上行发表而散郁火；青果擅消咽喉肿痛，胖大海清肺热散上焦郁结。仝小林教授常用剂量为蝉蜕9 g，藏青果15 g，胖大海30 g。

Abstract

Traditional Chinese medicine has a good clinical effect in the treatment of acute and chronic pharyngitis.Professor TONG Xiaolin thinks that respiratory mucous membrane needs moist environment, it is susceptible to all sorts of rexie and be infected. The common rexie include wind-heat or smoking, blowing hot air conditioning, etc., which can cause the mucous membrane of respiratory tract to be damaged. Professor TONG Xiaolin thinks that it is necessary todispelling wind and clearing heat, penetrate the pathogenic factors in the clinical treatment of patients with pharyngitis, we can choose cicada exuvium, Tibetan green fruit, fat sea compatibility to treat this type of pharyngitis.Professor TONG Xiaolin’s usual dosage is: 9 g cicada sludging, 15 g Chinese olive and 30 g scaphium scaphigerum.
