摘要

徐陆周主任认为，腹泻型肠易激综合征属中医“泄泻”或“腹痛”范畴，病机关键是脾虚为本、肝脾不调、寒热夹杂，病理因素以湿邪为主。治疗上提出“以治脾为先，肝脾同调，寒温并用”的治则要点，同时结合疾病不同分期强调分期论治。临证以国医大师徐景藩教授经验为基础，自拟“白石汤”随症加减，疗效显著。

Abstract

Professor Xu Luzhou believes that diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome belongs to the category of "diarrhea" or "abdominal pain" in traditional Chinese medicine. Its key pathogenesis is spleen deficiency as the root, combined with liver and spleen disorder, cold and heat, while its main pathological factor is dampness. In clinic, Professor Xu Luzhou puts forward "treating spleen first, regulating liver and spleen simultaneously, manipulating both cold and warm" as the key points of treatment principle. At the same time, differentiating and treating by stage is emphasized in combination with different stages of the disease. Based on the clinical experience of Professor Xu Jingfan, master of traditional Chinese medicine, Professor Xu Luzhou himself designs the prescription "Baishi Decoction" and uses it flexibly with corresponding medicine and dosage addition or subtraction according to varying symptoms. The treatment method turns out to be remarkable in curative effect.
