摘要

云南吴佩衡扶阳学术流派传人吴洋教授认为，“阳虚邪凑”乃类风湿关节炎关键病因病机，治疗时强调“温阳祛邪，通络止痛”之法；若疾病迁延日久，出现抑郁失眠等临床表现，则往往兼见“肝郁血虚、心神失养”之病机。吴洋教授结合阴阳消长之规律，针对类风湿关节炎伴抑郁失眠的中医辨治方案，提出昼以“温阳祛邪、活血通络”止痹痛，夜则“疏肝解郁、养血安神”疗失眠的学术观点。

Abstract

Professor Wu Yang, the representative successor of Wupeiheng's Fuyang Academic School in Yunnan Province, believes that " yang deficiency and pathogens invade" is the key etiology and pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis, she emphasizes that " warming supplement yang to eliminat pathogens, activating collaterals to stop pain" as the method. If the disease delays for a long time, dpression, insomnia and other clinical manifestations will be accompanied by the pathogenesis of " liver depression blood deficiency, spirit lost nourishment" . Professor Wu Yang combined the law of yin and yang growth and decline, in view of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment program of rheumatoid arthritis with depression insomnia, put forward the academic viewpoint of " warming supplement yang to eliminat pathogens, activating blood and clearing collaterals" to stop numbness and pain in the day, and " soothing the liver and relieving depression, nourishing blood and calming the spirit" to treat insomnia in the night.
