摘要

上腔静脉综合征多由恶性肿瘤引起，以头面部、颈部和上肢水肿以及前胸壁瘀血和静脉曲张为主要临床表现。王克穷主任医师认为，上腔静脉综合征因癌毒伤肺，致肺失宣肃，痰浊水饮癌毒搏结脉管所发，并使用越婢加半夏汤治疗取得良效，同时在祛风利水的同时使用健脾益胃，温阳补肾等方法标本兼治，强调中病即止，注重病后调护。

Abstract

Superior vena cava syndrome is mostly caused by malignant tumors. The main clinical manifestations are edema of the head, face, neck and upper limbs, congestion of the anterior chest wall and varicose veins. The disease seriously threatens the prognosis and quality of life of patients. Wang Keqiong believed that the cause of cancer was lung damage of phlegm, turbid water and cancer, and Yuebi Jia Banxia Decoction was effective in treating this disease. At the same time, the method of invigorating spleen and benefiting stomach, warming yang and invigorating kidney were used to treat both manifiation and root cause. Emphasis was placed on disease in the middle of the disease and attention to post conditioning care.
