摘要

韩旭教授认为，老年人体质特点多以“肝肾阴阳亏虚”为著，因阴阳失调，脏腑失用，正虚邪凑，既已“残阴残阳”的生理基础常衍生出“多虚夹瘀，痰瘀热合”的病理特征，故立“调补阴阳、清利浊瘀”为法，拟二海汤运用于老年慢性病临床治疗，效果颇显。举韩旭教授诊治老年痴呆验案一则，以佐证其效。

Abstract

Professor Han Xu believes that the physical characteristics of the elderly are mainly "liver-kidney yin and yang deficiency" . Because of the imbalance of yin and yang, the dysfunction of zang-fu organs, deficiency of vital qi and exuberance of pathogenic factors, the physiological basis of "residual yin and residual yang" often derives the pathological characteristics of "much deficiency with blood stasis, phlegm mixed with stagnated heat" . Therefore, the method of "regulating yin and yang, clearing stagnated heat and draining turbidity" is established and Erhai Decoction is applied to the clinical treatment of senile chronic diseases with remarkable benefits. The case of senile dementia diagnosed and treated by Proffessor Han was cited to prove the effectiveness of Erhai Decoction.
