摘要

王雪峰教授认为，儿童抽动—秽语综合征的整体辨证要点在于分辨虚实，治疗以“息风化痰、补益脏腑”为原则。中药配合针灸治疗儿童抽动—秽语综合征，精于方药，效于针灸，疗效明显。同时在治疗过程中结合家长的教育方式提出注重患儿内心活动，养成良好生活方式的重要性，临床取得显著疗效。

Abstract

Professor Wang Xuefeng believed that the key point of syndrome differentiation of Tourette's syndrome in children lies in distinguishing deficiency from reality, and the treatment is based on the principle of "stoping wind, resolving phlegm and tonifying zang-fu organs". The curative effect of Chinese herbs combined with acupuncture on this disease is obvious. At the same time, the importance of paying attention to children's inner activities and fostering a good life style was put forward in the course of treatment combined with parents'education mode, and significant clinical effects were achieved.
