This paper aims to make a research on the human body＇s life fire and its evolution in accordance with Zhu Danxi＇s Ministerial Fire Theory and Huang Yuanyu＇s Qi Activity Theory as well as Wang Xinnian and Ma Ruiting＇s academic experiences, which is a totally new model of recognizing the human physiology and pathology from the perspective of TCM.This paper proposes the pathology of Six Types of Ministerial Fire, including the ministerial fire caused by depression heat, the ministerial fire caused by blood heat, the ministerial fire caused by dampness heat, the ministerial fire caused by Yin deficiency and the decline of the ministerial fire based on the Ministerial Fire and Qi Activity Theory.In addition, this paper makes a summary of the Ten Methods of Treating Hepatopathy, and advocates the constant use of Harmonizing Method in clinical practice to achieve the aim of adjusting the Yin and Yang to keep balance by use of Zhang Zhongjing＇s Sini Powder, which can smooth the Qi activity and regulate the liver and spleen on the basis of Huang Yuanyu＇s treatment.
