摘要

介绍吴旭教授治疗孤独症谱系障碍经验。认为本病多属先天禀赋不足，病位在心、脑，病机为心神失养，脑神欠明，但与中焦脾胃升降无序、后天生化乏源关系密切。治疗上主张“调肠治神”，重视通腑调气，安神补髓，主穴常取足三里、曲池、天枢、上巨虚、百会、印堂、气海、关元，操作手法多轻柔和缓。

Abstract

To introduce Professor WU Xu's experience in treating autism spectrum disorder. It is believed that this disease is mostly congenital insufficiency, and the disease is located in the heart and brain. The pathogenesis is malnutrition of heart spirit, and the brain and spirit are not clear, but it is closely related to the disorder of the spleen and stomach of middle jiao and the lack of generating qi and blood. The treatment advocates "regulating the intestines and treating spirit", attaching importance to removing obstruction in viscera and regulating qi, tranquillization and replenishing the pulp. The main acupoints are Zusanli (ST36), Quchi (LI11), Tianshu (ST25), Shangjuxu (ST37), Baihui (GV20), Yintang (EX-HN3), Qihai (RN6), and Guanyuan (RN4), and the manipulations are mostly gentle operation method.
