摘要

痛泻要方是治疗肝脾不和“痛泻”的经典方剂，武维屏通过探究痛泻要方的组方特征，拓展痛泻要方的适应症，将其应用于肺系病咳、喘、哮之证，凡咳、喘、哮辨证属于肝脾不和、肺失宣降者，均可应用痛泻要方加味治疗，亦体现其“从肝治肺”的学术观点。

Abstract

Tongxie Yaofang,(痛泻要方)is a classic prescription for treating "pain and diarrhea" of the liver and spleen disharmony. WU Weiping explores the indications of ,Tongxie Yaofang, by exploring the characteristics of the phlegm and diarrhea, and applies it to the lung diseases such as cough, asthma and wheez. Cough, asthma, and wheeze, which belongs to the syndrome of liver and spleen disharmony, and the syndrome of impairment of dispersing and descending function of the lung, can be treated with ,Tongxie Yaofang, which also reflects the academic viewpoint of "treating the lungs from the liver" .
