摘要

银屑病是一种慢性、反复发作、顽固难治性皮肤病。历代医家多从“血分”论治，故凉血之法贯穿始终。王玉玺教授临床上不拘泥于传统之凉血、活血之法，常配合解表之法，使风、寒、湿、热等邪气从表而解。利用解表药辛散之性，调畅气机，以助散瘀，又调和营卫，使津液布散正常以润燥。临床对银屑病的治疗收效显著。

Abstract

Psoriasis is a chronic, recurrent, refractory skin disease. Many doctors in the past dynasties treated it from “blood“ , so the method of cooling blood is adopted through all the time. Professor WANG Yuxi is not bound by the traditional method of cooling blood and activating blood circulation, which is often combined with the method of relieving exterior syndrome, so that the wind, cold, humidity, heat and other evil pathogens can be leaved from the surface. Using the characteristics of the drugs for relieving exterior syndrome, not only regulating Qi activity to remove the blood stasis, but also keeping Ying and Wei in balance to make the fluid spread normally, moisturizing dryness syndrome. The efficacy of treatment for psoriasis is significant.
