摘要

目的：,2,介绍崔云教授对柴胡类方的病机及男科方证。,方法：,2,结合中医经典理论及临床实践，通过分析小柴胡汤病机，血弱气尽，腠理开等病机要点，结合现代研究，阐明柴胡汤类方在男科杂病治疗中的重要性。,结果：,2,崔云教授基于柴胡汤类方病机与男科疾病的密切关联，应对男科疑难杂病时，从方证入手，辨治以上疾病时，施以柴胡类方，为男科杂病的治疗提供了新思路，拓展了柴胡汤类方的应用范围。同时，崔云教授临证治疗男科杂病，或辨症(即审症)论治，或辨体质论治，或辨病论治，或辨证论治，灵活应用柴胡汤类方，拓展其应用范围。,结论：,2,崔云教授将柴胡汤类方病机应用于男科临床，并加以发挥，运用经方拓展的诊治模式，衷中参西，遣方用药特色明显，诊治模式于常法中另辟蹊径，值得学习与借鉴。

Abstract

Objective,:,2,To introduce professor CUI Yun’s therory of the pathogenesis of Bupleurum Prescriptionsand prescriptions for male diseases.,Methods,:,2,Based on the classical theory of TCM and clinical practice, through the analysis of Small Bupleurum Decoction pathogenesis, blood deficiency and exhuasted Qi, opeing and closing of Couli, combined with the modern research, it clarified the importance of Bupleurum Prescriptionsin the treatment of male diseases.,Results,:,2,According to the close relationship with male diseases, the sydnrome differention is from the perspective of the prescriptions. Treating these diseases with the prescriptions which have radix bupleuri provides a new way of thinking for the treatment to expand the application range of Bupleurum Prescriptions. At the same time, professor CUI Yun male uses the Bupleurum Prescriptions feasibly accroding to syndrome differentation, or constitution differentiation and disease differentiation, expanding the scope of its application.,Conclusion,:,2,Professor CUI Yun applies Bupleurum Prescriptions in the male diseases in clinic and expands the treatment mode, worthy of learning and using for reference.
