摘要

刘启泉教授系首届全国名中医，博士研究生导师，第五批、第六批全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师。业医40余年，擅长治疗脾胃病，对于胃食管反流病的治疗有独特见解，擅长运用对药治疗胃食管反流病。文章从中药对药角度出发，总结探析刘启泉教授治疗胃食管反流病的用药特色。刘启泉教授善于运用僵蚕与乌梅、冬凌草与威灵仙、紫苏叶与香附、蒲公英与佛手、积雪草与香茶菜、仙鹤草与地锦草、荷梗与苏梗、罗勒与连翘、黄芪与郁金、墨旱莲与白梅花等对药，来针对胃食管反流病的临床特点进行治疗。通过中医辨证论治并运用对药进行特色配伍，病证结合，宏微相参，独具匠心，每获佳效，为胃食管反流病的中医临床治疗提供了新的思路与参考。

Abstract

Professor LIU Qiquan is the national famous Chinese medicine practitioner, doctoral supervisor, and the fifth and sixth batch of national academic experience instructor in China. With more than 40 years of professional experience, he is specialized in treating spleen and stomach diseases, and has unique views on the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease. He is good at using the paired herbs to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease. This paper summarizedand analyzed Professor LIU Qiquan's medication characteristics in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease. And it exemplified the clinical application experience of ten commonly-used drug pairs. Through syndrome differentiation and treatment, combination of disease and syndrome, macro and micro coherent, it has achieved good effect and provided new ideas and reference for TCM clinical treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.
