摘要

探讨周学文治疗复发性胃息肉的思路与方法，为进一步应用于临床提供理论基础。周老认为复发性胃息肉以脾胃虚弱，正气亏虚为本，气滞、血瘀、痰凝、毒聚为标。治疗当从健脾益气，行气化瘀，祛痰攻毒为治疗原则。

Abstract

It is to explore the idea and method of ZHOU Xuewen treating recurrent gastric polyps and provide theoretical basis for further application in clinic. Professor ZHOU believes that recurrent gastric polyps are based on deficiency of spleen and stomach and deficiency of vital Qi. Qi stagnation, blood stasis, phlegm and toxin accumulation are the secondary causes. The treatment principles should be strengthening spleen and benefiting Qi, promoting Qi movement and resolving blood stasis, removing phlegm and attacking toxin.
