摘要

现代社会节奏日益加快，脾胃病患病率逐年增加。谢春娥教授在传承董建华教授“通降论”基础上，结合自身30多年临床经验，创立了从郁论治胃食管反流病的特色诊疗思路，临床疗效甚佳。文章从疾病的病名、病因病机等分析入手，推导出谢春娥教授治疗本病特色诊疗原则，以“解郁”和“降逆”为主，方用香苏散加减。并例举典型医案进行具体用药分析，以期能更好地指导临床用药。

Abstract

The pace of modern society is accelerating, and the prevalence of spleen and stomach diseases is increasing year by year. On the basis of Professor DONG Jianhua's "dredging and descending theory", Professor XIE Chun'e, with 30 years of clinical experience, has created a special diagnosis and treatment idea for treating gastroesophageal reflux disease from depression. The clinical effect is very good. This article started with the analysis of the disease name, etiology and pathogenesis of the disease, and deduced the characteristics of Professor XIE Chun'e treating this disease. The main treatments are "relieving depression" and "reduction of anti-reverse", and the addition and subtraction of Xiangsu Powder. And there was a typical medical case for specific drug analysis in order to better guide clinical medication.
