摘要

文章介绍许华教授从伏热论治朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增多症的经验。许教授认为伏热之邪贯穿本病始终，可与风、湿、瘀、毒合邪致病，临床表现多样，病变分布广泛。在治疗上应攻补兼施，以清热凉血、运脾化湿为主，兼以疏风、利湿、化瘀、解毒。主张分方施治，乖张有度。缓解期应定期随诊，一防其缠绵反复，二防其传变他脏。

Abstract

This paper introduces the experience of professor XU treating langerhanscell histiocytosis from the perspective of latent heat.It is believed that latent heat is throughout the whole process of langerhanscell histiocytosis, accompanied by wind, dampness, blood stasis and toxin.The clinical manifestations are diverse and the lesions are widely distributed.Tonification and purgation in combination of removing heat to cool blood and invigorating spleen foreliminating dampness in the treatment might be recommended, along with dispelling wind, resolving dampness, dispersing blood stasis and detoxification.It is advocated to use different prescriptions moderately.In the remission period, regular follow-up is necessary to prevent recurrence and transmission to other organs.
