摘要

慢性肾脏病病因病机错综复杂，虽其病位在肾，但涉及五脏六腑功能失调，其病理基础为各种原因造成的肾络微型癥瘕形成，影响肾脏各种功能。国医大师吕仁和教授治疗慢性肾脏病，从肾出发，又不囿于肾脏，有其独特的临床经验。文章则总结了吕仁和教授从肝论治慢性肾脏病的经验。吕仁和教授认为其理论基础在于“肝肾同源”，其主要治疗思路有三：疏肝理气调肝气郁结、清利湿热祛肝经之邪、滋水涵木养肝阴不足。文章总结了吕仁和教授从肝论治慢性肾脏病的用药特点。

Abstract

The etiology and pathogenesis of chronic kidney disease is perplexing. Its loation is the kidney, involving dysfunction of the other internal organs. The pathological basis is renal micro-Zhengjia caused by various causes, affecting the kidney function. Professor LYU Renhe has his unique clinical experience on treating chronic kidney disease. This article summarizes the experience of professor LYU in the treatment of chronic kidney disease from the liver theory. Its theoretical basis is "liver and kidney homologous". Its main treatment thought is discharging liver and regulating Qi, clearing heat and promoting diuresis and nourishing liver Yin. Also this paper summarizes the characteristics of using the herbs of treating chronic kidney disease by professor LYU.
