摘要

介绍了马云枝教授从瘀血生风论治帕金森病的临证经验，归纳出“瘀血乃内风之源，肾虚乃颤证之根”，“补肾填精固其本，化瘀祛邪熄内风”的论治观点，以期为本病治疗提供新的思路和见解。

Abstract

This article describes the clinical experience of Prof. MA Yunzhi in treatment of Parkinson's disease from the wind syndrome caused by blood stasis, and summed up the views of blood stasis being the source of inner winds and kidney deficiency being the root of trembling and the views of consolidating the roots through replenishing kidney essence and promoting blood circulation to eliminate the inner winds. It provides new ideas and insights for the treatment of Parkinson's disease.
