摘要

癃闭是由于肾和膀胱气化失司导致的以排尿困难，全日总尿量明显减少，小便点滴而出，甚则闭塞不通为临床特征的一种病证,[,1,1,],。导师王耀光教授认为癃闭的主要病机在三焦气机不畅，膀胱水道不通，在治疗癃闭时宜疏利三焦，浚通水道，用利水通淋之中药结合疏利三焦针法，随证加减，疗效良好。

Abstract

Retention of urine is due to dysfunction of kidney and bladder, leading to dysuria, seriously reducing the total amount of urine, difficulty urination and even obstruction,[,1,1,],. Tutor professor WANG Yaoguang thinks the main pathogenesis is Sanjiao (triple energizer) Qi activity retention of urine and obstruction of bladder channel. Treatment of uroschesis should be dredging Sanjiao (triple energizer), with drugs for promoting urination of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Sanjiao (triple energizer) needling, and the curative effect is good.
