摘要

失眠又称“不寐”，其既可作为独立疾病存在，又可作为其他疾病的伴随症状存在，且是影响疾病转归的重要因素。陈民教授从事老年医学三十余年，在老年病的诊治方面具有丰富的经验。结合老年人生理病理特点，从形神一体的角度出发，整体论治，调形养神并举治疗老年失眠，取得了良好的临床疗效。

Abstract

Insomnia, which exists both as an independent disease and a concomitant symptom of other diseases, is an important factor which affects the prognosis of the disease. Professor CHEN Min has been engaged in Geriatrics for over thirty years and has extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of Geriatric diseases. Combined with the physiological and pathological characteristics of the elderly, with theory of the unty of body and spirit, using traditional Chinese medicine theory of holistic treat-ment, treating both body and spirit, and he has achieved good clinical efficacy.
