摘要

轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)是介于正常老化与老年痴呆(AD)间的一种特殊证候群，具有可测的认知和记忆受损。中医将轻度认知功能障碍归类于“健忘”“喜忘”之属。陈民教授认为脾肾虚损，痰瘀互结是轻度认知功能障碍的发病基础，提倡采用体质－疾病－证候相结合的诊疗方式。膏方作为中医的一大特色，因其服用携带便利，口感易于接受，治疗疾病广泛，深受老年病家及老年患者的欢迎。陈师运用膏方治疗老年病已有20余年的临床经验，在膏方调养轻度认知功能障碍的临证中也有很多自己的见解，现将陈教授关于膏方调养轻度认知功能障碍的经验加以总结。

Abstract

Mild cognitive impairment(MCI) is a special syndrome between normal aging and Alzheimer's disease(AD). It has measurable impairment of cognition and memory.Traditional Chinese medicine classifies mild cognitive impairment in the genus "forgetfulness" and "forgetfulness" .Professor CHEN Min believes that the deficiency of spleen and kidney and the mutual knot of phlegm and blood stasis are the basis of mild cognitive dysfunction, and advocate the use of the combination of physical disease and syndrome.Paste as a major feature of Chinese medicine, taking due to its portability, easy to accept the taste, treatment of disease by elderly patients, and the elderly welcome.CHEN Shi used the cream to treat geriatric disease for more than 20 years.There are also many opinions in the clinical practice of the prescription in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment.
