摘要

人体阴阳平衡，依赖于气机的升降协调，而脾胃则是人体气机升降的枢纽。黄政德教授临证运用升降理论时，每每从脾胃着眼，并主张升降之中以升为主，尤擅以升阳益胃汤辨治各种内科杂病，而不仅局限于脾胃病之胃痛、痞满、嘈杂、呕吐、泄泻等典型病症，凡病属升降失常之病机，均可辨证论治，异病同治。阐述黄教授运用升降理论的学术思想及临床经验，并附验案三则，以资佐证。

Abstract

The balance of yin and yang of the human body depends on the coordination of the rise and fall of qi, and the spleen and stomach is the hub of the rise and fall of human body qi. When Professor Huang Zhengde applied the theory of ascending and descending in clinic, he always focused on spleen and stomach, and advocated ascending and descending, especially Shengyang Yiwei decoction for differential treatment of various internal miscellaneous diseases, not only limited to the typical diseases of spleen and stomach, such as stomachache, fullness, noise, vomiting, diarrhea, etc., all diseases belong to the pathogenesis of ascending and descending disorders, which can be treated based on syndrome differentiation, and different diseases can be treated with the same treatment. To expound Professor Huang Zhengde academic thought and clinical experience in the application of lifting theory, and 3 cases are attached to prove it.
