摘要

匡继林教授治疗宫腔粘连灵活运用中西医理论，四诊合参，重视整体观念，并充分运用西医诊疗手段，结合临床经验，形成了自己一套诊疗体系。评估宫腔粘连程度分两步走；根据女性月经期、卵泡期、黄体期的不同生理特点，分三期周期性治疗，形成了“匡氏宫腔粘连三期疗法”；中药保留灌肠加外敷治疗有效改善子宫盆腔环境。临床治疗效果良好，值得推广应用。

Abstract

Professor Kuang Jilin used TCM and western medicine theories in the treatmentof intrauterine adhesions, combined the four diagnoses, emphasized the overall concept, and made full use of western medicine diagnosis and treatment methods, combined with clinical experience, to form his own set of diagnosis and treatment system. There are two steps to assess the degree of intrauterine adhesion; according to the different physiologicalcharacteristics of women's menstrual period, follicular period, and luteal phase, three-phaseperiodic treatment has formed "Kuang's uterine adhesion three-phase therapy"; traditional Chinese medicine retention enemaplus external application The treatment effectively improves the uterine and pelvic environment; the clinical treatment effect is good and it is worthy of promotion.
