摘要

近年来，多重耐药菌尿路感染的发病率有日益增加之势。金劲松教授根据多年的临证经验，认为该病的病机为肾气亏虚，湿热内伏于下焦，瘀热互结，虚、湿、热、瘀是主要致病因素，也是该病难治的关键。治疗上，当分期论治，把握疾病各阶段治疗重点，规范运用抗生素，中西医并重，同时注意不伤脾胃，固护阴液，临床治疗效果颇佳。

Abstract

The incidence of multidrug-resistant bacteria urinary tract infection is increasing day by day. Professor Jin Jinsong, based on years of clinical experience, concluded that the pathogenesis of this disease is deficiency of kidney qi, dampness and heat embedded in lower coke, and blood stasis and heat intercombination. Deficiency, dampness, heat and blood stasis are the main pathogenic factors and the key to the difficulty of treatment. In the treatment, when the stage treatment, grasp the disease at each stage of the treatment of the key, the standard use of antibiotics, traditional Chinese and western medicine, and pay attention to not hurt the spleen and stomach, solid Yin fluid, clinical treatment effect is quite good.
