摘要

文章介绍首届全国名中医贾六金教授治疗免疫性血小板减少症临证经验。贾六金教授立足脾肾两虚、气血不足，认为邪毒外侵化热、迫血妄行为主要病机，离经之血必留瘀，即“热、虚、瘀”为治疗免疫性血小板减少症着眼点，拟扶正祛邪，清补同施为治则，以清散余邪，补血养血，活血止血之法，治疗儿童免疫性血小板减少症疗效显著。

Abstract

This paper introduces the clinical experience of Professor JIA Liujin in the treatment of thrombocytopenia. Professor JIA Liujin bases on the deficiency of both spleen and kidney, deficiency of ,qi, and blood, the main pathogenesis of pathogenic heat forcing blood to act falsely. It is considered that the blood separated from the meridian must leave blood stasis, that is, "heat, deficiency and blood stasis" is the starting point for the treatment of immune thrombocytopenia. It is proposed to strengthen body resistance and eliminate pathogenic factors, and to treat children's immune thrombocytopenia by clearing away the remaining pathogenic factors, enriching blood and nourishing blood, and promoting blood circulation and stopping bleeding, with remarkable curative effect.
