摘要

IgA肾病是全球范围内最为常见的原发性肾小球疾病，其发病机制尚未完全阐明。黄文政教授认为IgA肾病主要病机为少阳三焦枢机不利，脾肾功能失调。外邪侵袭、伏邪久羁是诱发、加重该病的重要因素，治疗上以疏利少阳三焦为基础，同时注重透伏邪、祛诱因，临床疗效显著。

Abstract

IgA nephropathy is the most common primary glomerular disease in the world, but its pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated. Professor HUANG Wenzheng believes that the main pathogenesis of IgA nephropathy is poor cardinal Shaoyang Sanjiao, dysfunction of spleen and kidney, invasion of external pathogens and prolonged exposure of pathogens are important factors to induce and aggravate the disease. The treatment is based on invigorating Shaoyang Sanjiao, while attaching importance to penetrating evil and removing inducement, and the clinical effect is remarkable.
