摘要

基于肝肺相关理论，查阅相关文献，通过病因病机探讨，阐述咳嗽变异型哮喘（CVA）的证候分型，从而总结论述武教授从肝论治CVA的经验治法，其可分为六法：疏肝理肺法、清肝泻肺法、柔肝祛风法、理气化痰法、养肝肃肺法、心身同治法，且临证经验提示从肝论治CVA可获佳效。

Abstract

Based on the related theories of liver and lung, this paper refers to the relevant literature, discusses the syndrome types of cough variant asthma(CVA)through the etiology and pathogenesis, and then summarizes Professor WU’s experience in treating CVA from the liver, which can be divided into six methods: soothing liver and regulating lung, clearing liver and purging lung, softening liver and expelling wind, regulating qi and eliminating phlegm, nourishing liver and suppressing lung, and treating both mind and body.And the clinical experience suggests that we can get good results in treating CVA from the liver.
