摘要

急性心肌梗死（AMI）相关冠状动脉局部病变的介入治疗是目前成熟并普遍推广应用的技术，但由于冠状动脉病变复杂、手术难度高及患者体质差异等因素，介入失败病例亦不少见。翁维良教授根据自身数十载临床经验以益气活血通络法论治疗效显著。此法可扶助机体正气、在一定程度上促进心脏侧支循环建立、改善心脏微循环从而使心肌血供得以恢复、心功能得到提高、患者生存质量得以改善。

Abstract

Percutaneous coronary intervention became a mature and widespread technology for acute myocardial infarction(AMI).However,because of complex coronary artery lesions and physical differences,failure cases after interventional treatment are not uncommon.Based on his years’clinical experiences,Professor WENG weiliang believes that the basic methods are benefiting qi and activating blood circulation for removing obstruction in collaterals.Through this method,the positive gas of the human body can be promoted and the collateral circulation of the heart can be established further so as to improve myocardial blood supply,cardiac function and the quality of life.
