Summary of case history,　This case is a patient with Gaucher's disease treated with traditional Chinese medicine. The main cause was abdominal distension accompanied by progressive liver enlargement for 10 years, which worsened for 10 days. Splenectomy was performed and western medicine was used to protect the liver and reduce enzyme levels, but no significant improvement was observed. Later, the patient sought medical attention at our hospital. The auxiliary examination showed abnormal liver function, blood routine examination showed a decrease in the tertiary system, imaging showed liver enlargement and splenomegaly, liver biopsy showed lipid metabolism disorders, consistent with Gaucher's disease, and bone marrow biopsy showed Gaucher's disease type Ⅰ. The syndrome differentiation of the four diagnostic methods in traditional Chinese medicine is Qi stagnation and blood stasis, and the treatment method is to regulate Qi and eliminate accumulation, promote blood circulation and remove stasis. During the period of oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine, the patient actively cooperated with the treatment and did not use any other drugs.
