摘要

病史摘要,2,双眼视物遮挡1月余。本案患者闫某某，男，35岁，双眼视物遮挡1月余。四诊可见面色淡黄晦暗，平素畏热，自汗出，情绪急躁，记忆力减退，双下肢酸软麻木，纳可，入睡困难，眠差易醒，大便1日1行，质黏腻，小便调；舌质暗淡有瘀斑，体胖，边有齿痕，苔黄腻，右尺脉沉细。中医诊断　双眼视瞻昏渺（肝脾失和证）。西医诊断　双眼同侧偏盲；烟雾病。干预措施　口服中药汤剂配合针灸治疗。疗效转归　患者视野缺损明显好转，视物清晰。

Abstract

Summary of case history,　Binocular occlusion for more than 1 month. In this case, the patient Yan, male, 35 years old, had his eyes blocked for more than one month. According to the diagnosis: The patient is always sweating and afraid of heat , with yellowish and dark facial expression. He is usually irritable and has poor memory. His legs are weak and numb. He is difficulty in falling asleep and wakes up with normal diet. The stool is one line a day, sticky and sticky, and the urine is adjusted. The tongue is dull, fat, with ecchymosis, tooth marks on the edge and yellow greasy fur. The right pulse of "chi" is deep and thin.,TCM diagnosis,　Obscured vision (Liver and Spleen Disharmony).,Western medicine diagnosis,　Binocular hemianopia; Moyamoya disease.,Therapeutic methods,　Treatment of oral Chinese medicine decoction combined with acupuncture.,Clinical outcomes,　The visual field defect of the patient was obviously improved and the vision was clear.
