Summary of case history,　patient Zhang, a 25-year-old male, visited the hospital on October 30, 2022 due to intermittent chest tightness and palpitations for 10 months. 10 months ago, the patient had no obvious symptoms of chest tightness or palpitations, which occurred more frequently during nighttime sleep. They were diagnosed with "sinus arrhythmia and occasional ventricular premature beats" at Beijing Luhe Hospital affiliated with Capital Medical University. On January 11, 2022, a cardiac ultrasound examination at Beijing Anzhen Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University showed mild tricuspid regurgitation. Symptoms and signs: The patient has a dull complexion, intermittent chest tightness and palpitations, which occur more frequently during nighttime sleep. They may wake up with cold hands, dry stools, and normal diet and urination.
