Summary of case history　,The patient was found to have multiple nodules in both lungs on physical examination at the local hospital in 2018, without discomfort such as coughing and sputum, chest tightness and shortness of breath, hemoptysis, etc.and underwent regular Chest CT re-examination at the outpatient clinic. Re-examination of the chest CT in Dec,2020,the following findings were observed: An enlarged lesion in the lower lobe of the right lung, a Thoracoscopic wedge resection of the right lower lung was performed on Aug,12, 2020,after the surgical procedure, the patient recovered properly and followed-ups at the outpatient clinic showed no obvious respiratory symptoms and discomfort. On 31 July 2021, the patient's chest CT was re-examined, findings were as follows: 1. Multiple solid nodules in both lungs (compared with the enlarged nodules in the chest CT of 12 January 2020), and high risk of mucosa-associated lymphoma in the lung was considered clinically (the largest one was 12 mm in diameter in the upper lobe of the left lung, with clear borders, uniform density, CT value 33 HU The patient refused further surgery and chemotherapy.)
