摘要

病史摘要,2,患者张某某，女性，39岁。2022年7月4日主因“头部汗出半年余”就诊。患者半年余前无明显诱因出现头部汗出，头顶部尤甚，可见汗珠成行流下，为寻求中医药治疗，遂就诊于我院门诊。刻下症：神清，精神尚可，但头汗出，动辄加重，头顶尤甚，汗出量多，需用干毛巾时时擦拭，汗色未见黄汗、黑汗等异常，时有口干、口苦、心中烦躁，无胸闷、憋气，下肢怕凉，纳可，寐欠安，易醒，小便调，大便溏，日行2次。四诊信息　神清，形体偏胖，语声清晰，呼吸匀称，无异常气味闻及，舌暗红，苔白腻，脉沉。中医诊断　汗证（上热下寒证）西医诊断　原发性多汗症干预措施　中医治以燮理阴阳、平调寒热、和畅气血，方以乌梅丸加减治疗。转归　好转。

Abstract

Summary of case history,　Patient Zhang, female, 39 years old. On July 4, 2022, she went to see a doctor because of 'Head sweating for more than half a year'. More than half a year ago, she had no obvious inducement to sweat on the head, especially on the top of the head, and the sweat beads could be seen flowing down in rows. In order to seek the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, she went to the outpatient department of our hospital. Current syndromes: The patient is clear and energetic. Her head sweats a lot, which is aggravated after the activity, especially on the top of the head, which needs to be wiped with a dry towel. The color of sweat is not yellow, black, etc. Her mouth is dry and bitter. She feels restless in her heart, not accompanied by chest tightness or choking. Her lower limbs are afraid of cold. Her appetite is good while the quality of her sleep is poor and she wakes up easily during the night. Her urine is normal while stools are unformed and travel twice a day.,Four diagnostic information,　She is obese, accompanied by clear vision and speech, well-proportioned breathing, without unusual odors. Her tongue is dark red, the moss is white and greasy, and the pulse is deep.,TCM diagnosis,　sweating syndrome (pattern of heat in the upper and cold in the lower),Western medicine diagnosis,　primary hyperhidrosis,Therapeutic methods,　The treatment principle of traditional Chinese medicine is to harmonize yin and yang, level out cold and heat, and harmonize qi and blood. The formula is to use modified Wumei Pills for treatment.,Outcome,　improved.
