Summary of case history, patient Wu, a 31-year-old female, sought medical attention in March 2019 due to "not having been pregnant for more than 1 year without contraception". In 2012, she was diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome and had multiple attempts to induce ovulation without pregnancy. The husband's sexual function test is normal, and he has had normal sexual activity. He has not had contraception or pregnancy for over a year, so he came to see a doctor. Symptoms and signs: The patient has no obvious discomfort, no aversion to cold or fever, normal diet, good sleep, slight anxiety due to infertility, and normal bowel movements. Regular menstruation, low volume, and no dysmenorrhea.
