Summary of case history,　Child patient with surname Liang (outpatient No.: 64280060), male, 10 years old. He paid his first visit to doctor on June 4, 2015 with chief complaint of recurrent hoarseness for 4 years and relapsed for 1 month. The patient had fever 4 years ago, hoarseness began and gradually worsened after fever. He was diagnosed as laryngeal papilloma after examination and received laryngeal papilloma resection for 4 times in local hospital. Though hoarseness alleviated after operation, it recurred after a few months. During his visit to doctor, he had obvious hoarse and faint low voice, difficulty in speaking, sometimes light cough and sputum in the throat. He also snored loudly at night but without dyspnea or dysphagia. He had relatively poor appetite and loose stool. His enlarged teeth-marked tongue was pale and dark, with white and greasy coating, and his pulse was wiry and thin.
