Summary of case history,　The patient came to hospital because of "prolonged menstruation for 30 days". In the past ten years, menstruation was often delayed by 10-30 days, and was prolonged to 40-50 days,with uncertain amount of menstruation. The other hospital had diagnosed abnormal uterine bleeding.
