Summary of case history,　Patient Shi, a 56-year-old female, sought medical attention on February 15, 1998 due to "repeated burning and pain in the genitals, yellow odor, and blood streaks for 1 year". The patient has been postmenopausal for 5 years, and often experiences burning and pain in the vagina about 1 year after menopause. He has visited multiple Western hospitals and was diagnosed with "senile vaginitis". After treatment, the symptoms temporarily improved and recurred frequently, so he came to our hospital for treatment. Symptoms and signs: The patient's genitals are burning and painful, with a yellow odor and a small amount of blood. Hot hands and feet, dry skin, dry eyes, hot flashes and sweating, yellow and little urine, frequent and painful urination, dry mouth and restlessness, dizziness and tinnitus, weak waist and knees, and poor sleep. The tongue is red, the fur is thin, and there is yellow Shaojin.
