Summary of case history,　A 60-year-old male patient, presented with "Recurrent chest distress for more than 20 years, relapse with anxious for more than 1 month" as the chief complaint. He had a history of hypertension, type 2 diabetes and hyperlipidemia. More than one month ago, the patient relapsed chest distress with anxious, due to the fear of infecting the novel coronavirus during the outbreak of Corona Virus Disease-2019 (COVID-19). The symptoms can not be improved by rest and chemical drug, but can be relieved by going out, so he needed to going out more than 20 times a day. Then he went to our hospital for traditional Chinese medicine treatment.,TCM diagnosis,　thoracic obstruction, phlegm-blood stasis and heat junction syndrome; lily disease, Yin deficiency and internal heat syndrome.,Western medicine diagnosis ,①coronary heart disease; after coronary stent implantation; cardiac insufficiency-Ⅱ; ②anxiety state; ③hypertension grade 2 (extremely high risk); ④type 2 diabetes; ⑤mixed hyperlipidemia.,Therapeutic methods,　Huoxue Jiedu decoction combined with Baihe Dihuangtang, activating blood and expelling phlegm, nourishing Yin and clearing heat.,Clinical outcomes,　After six treatment, the patient described no recurrence of chest distress.The patient didn't feel anxious even if didn't go out all day,who need to go out for more than 20 times a day to relieve anxious before treatment.
