Summary of case history, Patient Peng, female, 42 years old, visited the hospital on January 15, 2015 due to "repeated lower abdominal pain for 4 months". The patient has been experiencing recurrent lower abdominal pain, tingling, or sagging pain for the past 4 months, which is more likely to occur after sexual intercourse.
