Summary of case history ,A 39 year old female of childbearing age, cohabitation after marriage without contraception and pregnancy for 6 years, IVP failed 3 times. The patient's salpingography in July 2015 showed that the left fallopian tube was unobstructed and the right fallopian tube was unobstructed. IVF-ET was performed in January 2016, 8 eggs were taken, 2 blastocysts were transferred, and no implantation was performed. FET (frozen thawed embryo transfer) was performed in October 2016, and 3 high-quality embryos were transferred, but implantation failed. In April 2017, FET was performed again and 2 embryos were transferred, which were still implanted.
