Summary of case history,　This case started 3 years ago with mucopurulent bloody stools, 7-8 times a day, with intermittent dull pain in the lower abdomen, defecation after pain, pain relieved after defecation, no chest tightness, palpitation, cough, asthma, abdominal distension, acid reflux and other discomforts.
