摘要

病史摘要,2,患者3年前，无明显诱因出现右下肢僵硬，动作缓慢，于北京某医院诊断为帕金森病，予多巴丝肼治疗，运动症状缓解，近1年运动症状进行性加重，出现右下肢拖拽，双手抖动，四肢僵硬，动作缓慢，翻身困难，更改西药治疗方案，症状缓解仍不明显，于2020年11月13日就诊于我院门诊。中医诊断　颤证（肝肾不足，虚风内动）西医诊断　帕金森病干预措施　根据患者运动症状，病程已进入中期，中医滋补肾肝为本，熄风止痉为标，方用大定风珠合四物汤合止痉散加减。西医予多巴丝肼联合盐酸普拉克索治疗。疗效转归　至2023年4月，患者规律服药2年余，病情稳定，运动症状和非运动症状明显缓解，未再出现明显波动，生活质量明显提升。

Abstract

Summary of case history,　Three years ago, the patient developed right lower limb stiffness, bradypragia with no obvious inducement, and was diagnosed with parkinson's disease in a hospital in Beijing, after Benserazide treatment, the symptoms relief. One year ago, movement symptoms progressive aggravative, right lower limb drag, static tremor, muscle rigdity, The patient did not achieve the desired effect after new treatment plan. He was admitted to our outpatient clinic on Nov 13, 2020.,TCM diagnosis,　tremor syndrome (liver and kidney deficiency, endogenous deficient wind ),Western medicine diagnosis,　parkinson's disease,Therapeutic methods,　According to the movement symptoms, the patient was in the mid-term course. Intervention measures TCM treatment was based on Chinese medicine Da Dingfeng Pills, Siwu Decoction and Zhijing Powder to nourish kidney and liver, to relieve convulsion and spasm. Benserazide combined with Placso hydrochloride as the western medicine treatment plane.,Clinical outcomes,　By April 2023, the patient took the medication regularly for more than 2 years, the condition was stable, no significant fluctuations in movement symptoms and non-movement symptoms, and the quality of life was significantly improved.
