Summary of case history,　The patient was admitted on December 16, 2016 due to "recurrent limb edema for more than 10 years and vaginal bleeding for more than 20 days". The patient had a history of lupus nephritis for more than 10 years. Persistent vaginal bleeding occurred on November 22, 2016. Symptoms: the patient was clear, tired, yellow complexion, fatigue, dizziness, no aversion to cold and fever, no palpitation, chest tightness, no abdominal pain and diarrhea, persistent vaginal bleeding, blood clots, anorexia, sleeping ability, normal urine volume, no foam, no gross hematuria, and moderate stool.
