摘要

病史摘要,2,孕妇，33岁，G3P0A2，2017年、2019年皆因孕6周胚胎停育行清宫术。因“停经4周+6，偶有腰酸1周”入院，症见：暂无阴道流血，偶有腰酸，余无特殊不适。辅助检查：2021-04-20 P：16.90 ng/mL；2021-04-25 E2：397.00 pg/mL，P：38.90 ng/mL；血β-HCG：161.49 IU/L。2021-04-30 E2：552.00 pg/mL，P：26.90 ng/mL。血β-HCG：1021.43 IU/L。四诊信息　神志清楚，发育正常，体型适中，精神正常，表情正常，面色如常，体位自主，正常步态，声音正常，气息均匀，双目灵活，口唇正常，无发热，无咳嗽，无流涕，舌暗红，苔薄白，脉沉涩。中医病证　滑胎肾虚血瘀证中医治法　补肾活血，固冲安胎西医诊断　复发性流产，先兆流产干预措施　中医予以中药汤剂补肾活血方加减100 mL日二次口服、穴位贴敷治疗4 h日一次，西医给予孕激素补充治疗以维持妊娠。疗效转归　随访得知39周+2时成功娩出一健康男婴。

Abstract

Summary of medical history,　A 33-year-old pregnant woman, G3P0A2, underwent uterine curettage due to embryo failure at 6 weeks of gestation in 2017 and 2019. She was admitted to the hospital due to "amenorrhea for 4 +6 weeks, occasional waist soreness for 1 week". The symptoms were: no vaginal bleeding, occasional waist soreness, and no special discomfort. Auxiliary examination: 2021-04-20 P: 16.90 ng/mL; 2021-04-25 E2:397.00 pg/mL, P: 38.90 ng/mL; Serum β-HCG: 161.49 IU/L. 2021-04-30 E2:552.00 pg/mL, P: 26.90 ng/mL.β-HCG: 1021.43 IU/L.,Symptoms and signs,　Clear consciousness, normal development, moderate body size, normal spirit, normal expression, normal complexion, independent posture, normal gait, normal voice, uniform breath, flexible eyes, normal lips, no fever, no cough, no runny nose, dark red tongue, thin white fur, deep astringent pulse.,TCM disease and syndrome,　syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,TCM treatment,　tonifying the kidney and activating blood circulation, solidifying the Chong and calming the fetus,Western medicine diagnosis,　recurrent abortion; threatened abortion,Therapeutic methods,　the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) was given the Bushen Huoxue Decoction 100ml twice a day, the acupoint was applied once a day for 4h, and the western medicine was given the supplement treatment of progesterone to maintain the pregnancy.,Clinical outcomes,　A healthy boy was successfully delivered at 39 weeks + 2.
