Summary of case history,　A 21-year-old male patient sought medical attention on August 12, 2021 due to "intermittent fever with joint pain for more than 10 years". For 10 years, the patient had no obvious cause of fever accompanied by swelling and pain in the right knee joint. During this period, they went to multiple hospitals for treatment and improved after taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and hormones. Six years ago, the patient experienced fever and pain in the right knee joint again.
