摘要

子宫内膜异位症是妇科常见慢性病、疑难病，其发病机制十分复杂，病因尚无定论，临床治疗相当棘手，主要常见症状是痛经，引起患者生活质量下降。中医属“痛经、癥瘕、不孕”范畴。胡国华教授认为子宫内膜异位症中医病因主要是气滞血瘀，冲任失调。治疗上常根据月经周期、不同体质、病程，分期论治、辨证施治、寒热并用、攻补兼施为思路。用药精而不杂，丝丝入扣，在临床效果显著。

Abstract

Endometriosis is one of the most common and difficult chronic diseases in gynecology. Its pathogenesis is very complicated, and the cause is still uncertain. There is scarcely any appropriate option for the treatment of endometriosis and the main symptom is dysmenorrhea, which causes the decline of life quality. It belongs to "dysmenorrhea, lump, infertility" in TCM. Professor HU Guohua believes that main causes, in the aspect of TCM, are Qi stagnation and blood stasis, and dysfunction of Chong and Ren meridians. Treatments are often based on the therapy thought like menstrual cycle, different physiques, disease courses, treatment by stages, syndrome differentiation, combination of cold and heat medicine, and combination of supplementing and eliminating therapy. Professor HU Guohua uses few but exact medicines and the clinical effect is good.
