Summary of medical history,　More than a year ago, the patient underwent chemotherapy 4 times in the Western Medicine General Hospital due to lymphoma in the medial thigh, armpit, and submaxillary region. In the past three months, I have experienced a sensation of foreign bodies in the pharynx, occasional coughing due to drinking water and swallowing food, dry throat, hoarse voice, intermittent low fever, and body temperature fluctuations between 37.3-37.5 ℃.
