Summary of case history,　Patient, female, 37 years old, office worker. married, G1P0,+,1. The main clinical manifestation was "could not conceive 4,+, years without contraception". The patient has regular menstruation. She started to prepare for pregnancy since 4,+, years ago, however, she hasn't been pregnant yet until today without contraception. In March 2018, the patient had hysterosalpingography, which indicated that the left fallopian tube was unblocked but not smooth, and the right fallopian tube was adhesive. Then she started IVF-ET in the Reproductive Center of West China Second University Hospital in 2020. In July 2020, there was no embryo could be found after transplantation for 50+ days. And now, she still has a frozen embryo left. So she plans to take IVF-ET after conditioning with traditional Chinese medicine. The patient had a history of hyperprolactinemia for 4,+, years.
