摘要

病史摘要,2,患者李某某，男，37岁。首诊时间：2021年10月29日。主诉声嘶1周。患者1周前无明显诱因出现声嘶，说话费力，呛咳，伴咽部异物感，自觉1周来症状无缓解，经人介绍至我科就诊。来诊时声音嘶哑较重，说话费力感强，音量低，饮水呛咳，伴咽部异物感。纳眠可，二便调。舌质暗，苔薄白，脉弦细。电子喉镜检查：左侧声带固定。中医诊断　喉瘖（气虚络瘀证）西医诊断　单侧声带麻痹干预措施　治则：补气活血，通络开音；治法：嗓音中医开喉亮音法。疗效转归　患者坚持嗓音中医开喉亮音法治疗6个疗程，声嘶痊愈，声带运动恢复正常，随访半年，未见复发。

Abstract

Summary of case history,　Li, male, 37 years old. First visit time: October 29, 2021. The chief complaint was hoarseness for 1 week. The patient had no obvious predisposition for hoarseness, laborious speech, choking, and globus sensation in the pharynx 1 week ago. He felt that his symptoms had not been relieved in the past week and was introduced to our department for treatment. When he came to the clinic, his had severe hoarseness, a strong sense of difficulty in speaking, low volume, choking when drinking water, and he felt foreign bodies in the throat. Diet, sleep and defecate were normal. The tongue is dark reddish, the moss is thin and white, and with a taut and weak pulsethe. Electronic laryngoscopy: left vocal cord was fixed.,TCM diagnosis,　Hoarseness(syndrome of deficiency of vital energy and blood collateral stasis),Western medicine diagnosis,　Unilateral vocal cord paralysis,Therapeutic methods,　Rules of treatment: Qi and activating blood circulation, clearing collaterals and opening sounds;Therapy: TCM Therapy for opening throat and brightening voice. ,Clinical outcomes,　The patient insisted on TCM Therapy for opening throat and brightening voice for 6 courses of treatment. The hoarseness was cured and the vocal cord movement was restored to normal. No recurrence was found during the follow-up for half a year.
