新型冠状病毒肺炎自从疫情暴发以来,已造成多个地区流行,目前尚缺乏有效的针对性治疗措施。面对重大疫情,广州中医药大学第一附属医院第一时间成立专家团队支援武汉,开展临床诊治。临证观察总结发现,武汉地区大部分患者同时存在肺部症状与胃肠症状。主要病因为天行时疫;病邪性质为湿热邪毒;病机特点为邪伏膜原,肺肠同病;运用“肺肠同治”理论开展临床辨证施治,获效尚佳。现将经验体会总结汇报,以期为中医药治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎提供新的思路。
Since the outbreak of COVID-19, it has caused epidemic in many areas, and there are still no effective targeted treatment measures. In the face of a major epidemic, the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine sets up an expert team to support Wuhan for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Clinical observation and summary has found that most patients in Wuhan have lung symptoms and gastrointestinal symptoms at the same time. The main disease is the natural epidemic. The nature of disease pathogen is damp, heat and toxin. The pathogenesis is characterized by pathogenic membrane, lung and intestine. Using the theory of "simultaneous treatment of lung and intestine" to carry out clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment can get satisfactory effect. The experience was summarized and reported so as to provide a new train of thought for the treatment of COVID-19 with traditional Chinese medicine.
