摘要

咳嗽变异性哮喘是慢性咳嗽最常见的原因。李友林教授认为咳嗽变异性哮喘的病机本质在于肺脾两虚，邪伏肺络，肺气失宣，故而治疗上采用“温润辛金培本”、祛风宣肺，联合“温润辛金培本”系列外治疗法，取得较好疗效。文章阐述了运用该法治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的理论基础，并附医案两则加以说明，以期对临床有所启发。

Abstract

Cough variant asthma is the most common cause of chronic cough. Professor LI thinks the pathogenesis of cough variant asthma is lung-spleen deficiency, pathogenic factors hidden in lung collaterals, lung Qi failing to disperse. Warming and moisturize lung as well as supplementing spleen treatment combined with Shu-Feng oral medicine achieves better results. This article describes the theoretical foundation of this treatment used on variant asthma, along with two medical cases would be described in order to inspire the clinical treatment.
